Numinar even allows you to canvass in areas with bad cell reception! Numinar will detect when you are in bad cell service and automatically put your app in "offline mode" during those use cases. Once you are back to internet and/or cell service, the interactions recorded will upload.

💡Offline mode stores all your canvassing interactions and loads it to your account once you're back online.

Step 1/4: Turn on airplane mode on your phone after opening the project in good cell service or on WIFI.

Make sure that you have opened the project you want to complete before canvassing without or with weak signal. Ensure your WIFI is off to be in airplane mode as well.

Step 2/4: Check for the Offline mode enabled notification

This will appear after you have successfully gone to airplane mode and disabled wifi.

Offline mode enabled

Step 3/4: Start canvassing and check for the interaction saved notification

Once a survey interaction is submitted, you will get a notification like this letting you know the interaction is pending upload (for when you are back in good cell service or WIFI).

Interaction saved

Step 4/4: Turn off airplane mode and check for the connection restored notification.

After you are finished canvassing and back to internet / full cell service, then you can turn off airplane mode to upload your interactions that were pending.
