Create your login (username and password) in Numinar by checking your email inbox for an invite to join. Invite emails are good for 5 days, if a user tries to create their login after that you may need to delete and resend the invite.
💡 Note, your account may be pending if you have not yet been invited to a Numinar Organization / Campaign
If you do not see your invite, also check your spam folder. Otherwise, head straight to app.numinar.com if you know you were sent an invite/the org is created.
🚨 You may be directed to an error page if you have already confirmed your email.

What do I do if I didn't receive an invite and it is not in my spam folder?
No problem! First, check with the account admin who may have sent you the invite or contact support@numinar.com to let them know. They can confirm if your Numinar org was created and/or which email address the invite was sent to. If you were sent an invite, use that email address and follow the steps above. Occasionally, invite emails are blocked and would be why you didn't see it.
