Support

How do I get in touch with the Numinar Support Team?

If you have question about your activity or the campaign, please contact your team admin. If you have a support question related to the Numinar software, you can utilize the Numinar chat support both from the mobile app or the web platform.

I don't see any projects assigned to me, what do I do?

Contact your campaign or organization admin team and ask them to assign you a project.

Canvassing

How do I canvass in an area I don't have good cell service?

We have an "Offline Canvassing" functionality that will automatically turn on!

What do the different pin colors mean?

A purple pin is a house that hasn't had an interaction yet. A green pin indicates you recorded an interaction (marked the voter as available or unavailable). Red indicates you've selected the household.

Call

Am I charged for making calls within Numinar?

No, individual users are not charged for placing calls within the mobile app. Any voter contact conducted is charged to the campaign and will not appear on your personal phone bill.

Where can I make calls from?

You can conduct phone banking calls from both the Numinar web platform or through the Numinar Mobile App.
