Using a Gmail address? Try "Continue with Google" first
Many people with Gmail addresses first signed in using the Continue with Google button. If that's how you signed up, you don't have a separate Numinar password. That means a password reset email may never arrive, and typing a password won't work.
To log in:
Go to app.numinar.com or open the Numinar mobile app.
Click Continue with Google.
Choose the Google account that matches the email you were invited with.
If you have a Gmail address and a password reset isn't working, this is almost always the fix.
Used to log in with a code sent to your email?
Numinar no longer uses one-time login codes. If that's how you used to sign in, you don't have a password yet. That means a password reset email won't arrive and your old login won't work. Here's how to get back in:
Open the Numinar mobile app and tap Click Here to Sign Up.
Enter the same email address you've always used and create a password.
Log in with your new password. You'll keep access to your campaign as long as you use the same email.
If the app freezes on a loading circle after you log in, close the app completely and open it again. If it's still stuck, delete the app, reinstall it, and log in with your new password.
I never got my invite email
Search your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for an email from Numinar.
Ask your campaign or county admin which email address they used to invite you. It may be a different address than the one you're checking.
Invites expire after 5 days. If yours is older than that, or it went to the wrong email, ask your admin to resend it. They can do this themselves from the Team page in Numinar.
I clicked the link in my email and got an error page
This usually means your email is already confirmed. Nothing is wrong with your account. Skip the link and log in directly at app.numinar.com.
My password reset email never arrives
Using a Gmail address? Try Continue with Google instead (see the first section). You may not have a password to reset.
Used to log in with a code sent to your email? You don't have a password yet, so there's nothing to reset. Follow the steps in "Used to log in with a code sent to your email?" above.
Wait 5 to 10 minutes. Sometimes the email is delayed.
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, and search for Numinar.
Make sure you're typing the same email address you were invited with.
Some email providers and work email systems block automated emails. If none of the steps above work, let us know and we'll help.
It says my email or password is wrong
Using a Gmail address? Try Continue with Google. If you signed up that way, you don't have a Numinar password.
Used to log in with a code sent to your email? Your old login no longer works. Sign up again in the mobile app with the same email and create a password (see above).
Double check the email address for typos. If you have more than one email, try the one your campaign invited.
If it still doesn't work, reset your password from the login page by clicking Forgot password.
I'm logged in but I can't see my campaign
You probably have an invite waiting that you haven't accepted yet.
Click the organization icon in the top left corner.
You'll see three groups: organizations you've accepted, invites that are pending, and invites you've declined.
Find your campaign under pending invites and click Accept.
Your campaign will show up once you accept. If you're part of more than one campaign, you can switch between them from that same organization icon.
Don't see your campaign anywhere in that list? Ask your campaign admin to check the Team page and make sure they invited the right email address. They can resend the invite from there.
Does the mobile app use the same login?
Yes. The Numinar mobile app uses the same email and password as app.numinar.com. If you signed up with Continue with Google, tap that same button in the app.
Still stuck?
Your campaign or county admin can fix most access problems. From the Team page, they can resend your invite or send a new one to the correct email address. Check with them first.
If that doesn't solve it, send us a message with:
