Once you have a relational list and text, build a relational texting project. This is what makes it available to your volunteers in the Numinar mobile app.
Before you start: make sure you've built your relational list and your relational text.
Step 1: Create a new project
Go to Projects and click New Project.
Step 2: Name your project
Give it a name your volunteers will recognize, like "Text Your Friends: Early Vote."
Step 3: Set Outreach Type to Relational Texting
Under Outreach Type, select Relational Texting.
Step 4: Choose your text, list, and survey
Texts: select the relational text you created.
Voter List: select your relational list.
Survey (optional): Text your friends and family a survey
Filter or tag (optional): The filter or tag will display in the app's UI. Example, if you add the "Yard Sign" tag, you would see that tag displayed on the voters it applies to on your list.
Step 5: Choose who can see it
Under Project Assignment, choose one:
Public: every volunteer in your organization can use it. This is our recommendation for relational, since more volunteers means more matched contacts.
Users/Teams: only the volunteers or teams you pick under Assignees can use it.
Step 6: Set the status to To Do
New projects start as Draft, and volunteers can't see Draft projects. Change the status to To Do when you're ready for volunteers to start. See Understanding project status.
Step 7: Save
Your project is now live. Volunteers will find it in the Numinar mobile app.

Check that the status is set to To Do, not Draft. If the project is assigned to Users/Teams, make sure the volunteer is listed under Assignees, or switch the project to Public.
