💸 Outreach usage is billed automatically at the end of each month to the user’s default payment method on file (e.g., credit card, ACH). Note, outreach usage is based on the messages and calls sent not deliverability rate.
☎️ Phone Numbers
Price: $5 per number per month. With Numinar, you can buy and release your own 10 digit long code phone numbers with area codes of your own choosing for making calls and can buy toll-free numbers for sending surveys and texts. Note, the calls and texts sent are their own outreach fee (see below).
📞 Live Calls
Price: $0.05 per call. Have conversations over the phone with your voters for as long as you'd like with Numinar's live call tool for a flat cost per call made. Numinar's live calling includes the following features:

📱 SMS Text
Price: $0.05 for the first 150 characters. Send and receive text messages at scale through a clean and intuitive user interface. Only messages that were attempted for delivery are billed. Any message that exceeds 150 characters is counted as an MMS message, please see the MMS Text section below for details.

📺 MMS Text
Price: $0.10 for 151+ characters and (or) a picture / video, up to a maximum of 2000 characters. Send images or videos to your voters through Numinar's MMS texting platform. Each MMS includes the option to include an image or video along with up to 2000 characters.
Examples:
A text with 151 characters will be billed at $0.10.
A text with a picture and 150 characters will be billed at $0.10.
A text with a picture and 2000 characters will be billed at $0.10.

💬 Conversational Texting
Pricing for conversational texts follow the same guidelines, per message sent, as SMS / MMS texting provided above. Replies to received messages are billed to the campaign. We recommend you budget accordingly for these replies to account for any additional messages that may be sent.
✅ Text Surveys
Price: $0.10 per survey. Build and send automated text surveys at scale. Instead of sending a survey link, voters can respond to your poll directly. Surveys are billed $.10 regardless of character count and there is no fee for survey responses. Numinar's text surveys include the following features:
