Overview

Numinar is a best-in-class voter CRM software that works on top of data from our provider. Numinar has two data providers: Data Trust and the RNC (Republican National Committee). The type of data source depends on the type of account.

Numinar accounts come preloaded with the full voter file for your account. If you are running for state house for example, your account will have the full voter file for that particular state house district.

You can easily upload outside data into Numinar, check out this article for more information.

DATA SOURCE BY ACCOUNT TYPES

RNC Data

Data Trust Data

Republican Campaigns (sometimes non-partisan races)

Advocacy Groups (501c3s, 501c4s)

State GOP Accounts

Pollsters

Consultants working with Republican Campaigns

ABEV (Absentee Ballot / Early Voting)

Also known as Absentee Ballot / Early Voting data, ABEV data tells us which voters:

  • Requested a mail-in ballot

  • Returned a mail-in ballot

  • Voted early in-person

Numinar provides ABEV data in your account. The frequency at which it is available and/or updated is dependent on the data provider. ABEV data is accessible in lists.

During off cycle years, please reach out to support@numinar.com to request access to that data. Additionally, local races may not have ABEV data available, but Numinar is happy to make a request, so please also contact support@numinar.com.

Data Updates

Numinar automatically updates your data for you! Most accounts will be updated on a weekly basis. Keep in mind these updates do not override any data collected in the field, but rather will update the voter file itself.
