Creating your mail project has never been easier than before! Simply create your desired list of voters in Numinar to mail, upload your mail design, and we take care of the rest.

💡We automatically use the household format when creating your mail list.

Step 1/14: Create a new list

Step 2/14: Select your desired list filters and save your list

Note, you can see the household count here by clicking "get total counts." The mail project will automatically use the household list format for the mailer.

Step 3/14: Create a new project

Step 4/14: Fill out the project details, be sure to select mail as the outreach type

Step 5/14: Choose from 3 different dimension options for your mailer

Step 7/14: Upload your mailer design file

Step 8/14: Once the upload is successful, you will see this notification

There is also an option to remove the file and do another upload.

Step 9/14: Click on Create Project

Step 10/14: Initially, the mail project will have a "to do" status and you will need to open the project to send it out

Step 11/14: Send the project by opening it up and clicking "send mail"

Step 12/14: You'll have a confirmation button to click

Step 13/14: Then the status moves to "complete," informing you the project has been sent out to our mail fulfillment partner

4x6 and 6x9 mail pieces are $0.75 per household and 6x11 mail pieces are $1.00. The project price estimate will give you a total price based on the number of households.

Who gets the email notifications after a project is sent?

The account owner and project creator will receive an email notification.

What if I have a question after I sent the project?

That's no problem! You can reply to the email connecting you with our mail fulfillment partner and ask away.

How can I know which voters I sent mail to from Numinar?

We will automatically tag the voters for you. You can also check the reports page to see the mail interactions.
