After creating a call list, the next step for a call project is to create a call survey.

💡Easily create and customize call surveys to reach voters by phone in Numinar.

Step 1/8: Click on Messages

Step 2/8: Click on New Message and Select Survey

Step 3/8: Label and create survey

Step 4/8: Click on Add Question to start writing your survey

Step 5/8: Write your question and/or intro script

Step 6/8: Add your response options

Optional: Add Jump Logic

Jump Logic allows your campaign to get best language to the right voter! With Jump Logic, you can have your survey jump to a question depending on the response given.

Click the dropdown menu "Show Advanced Options" to turn on these advanced options.

Step 7/8: Add your tag

Each question must include a tag. Tags are simply a way to save voter responses. This allows you to create lists based off voter's responses. We recommend using a tag that corresponds to the question.

💡You can create your tag by selecting New Tag or in the "tags" menu under data.

Step 8/8: Click Save

💬Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I select more than one response choice for a question?

No, there can only be one response per question.

Could I use the same tag for multiple questions?

We recommend not using the same tag for multiple questions. Ideally a tag corresponds to a particular dataset. It is important that we keep these datasets as organized as possible by limiting the scope of our tags.

Can I make the call survey a script for volunteers?

Certainly! We support statements by not including a response / tag to the question entry. This can be used to add directions greetings or scripted language.

Can I edit a call survey after it's in use in a project?

Yes! Projects are dynamic, so you can edit a survey even if it's already in use. It will simply update with the new content moving forward.
