Once you create a call list, call survey, and voicemail, next step is bringing it together to create a project. Reminder, the workflow in Numinar is List + Message (Survey) = Project, so you must have a list and a survey created before you can make project.
💡Numinar's call projects include our predictive dialer feature that increases your call volume by dialing multiple numbers at the same time. Call projects are accessible on both the web and mobile platforms
Step 1/11: Click on Projects
Step 2/11: Click on New Project
Step 3/11: Name your project
Step 4/11: Select the outreach type: live call
Step 5/11: Select your survey
Step 6/11: Select your voter list
Step 7/11: If using a voicemail, select which one
💡We highly recommend including a voicemail!
Step 8/11: Select your assignees for the project
Step 9/11: Select the project status
We recommend selecting "draft" if you want to review the project, "to do" indicates the project is ready for assignees to start, "in progress" indicates the project has started, and "complete" status will automatically occur once the project is complete!
Step 10/11: Click on Create Project

No! Numinar uses VOIP (voice of internet protocol) meaning the calls are made over the internet.

If your account doesn't have an outbound phone number purchased in settings tab, you will receive a notification. You can simply go to settings where you can purchase a phone number. You only need one!
