Your Numinar account comes pre-loaded with voter data for your district. It also prepopulates the candidate name, election date, and election type based on the information provided during website sign up. If you are an account admin and want to edit those fields, such as the election type after you win the primary, you can do so here!
💡If your account has calling, texting, or polling with your subscription, you will need to purchase an outbound phone number(s) (the phone number voters see for calls & texts)! Check out this article for how to buy a phone number.
Step 1/5: Click on Settings to view account info
Step 2/5: Edit any of these fields if you need
The phone number in the settings tab is where call backs from outreach route to. Be sure you use a number that is okay to receive those calls! Campaign HQ number is the best option.
🚨Make sure to fill out every field in "Organization Information" if you are going to be purchasing a phone number.
Step 3/5: Click on Save Changes
Step 4/5: If needed, purchase an outbound phone number with desired area code
