With Paid Relational, your organization pays volunteers for each friend they remind to vote through a relational texting project. You set the pay, and Numinar verifies the texts and sends the payments.

Step 1: Go to Projects and click New Project
In the left menu, click Projects (1), then click New Project (2).
Step 2: Set up a paid relational texting project
Name your project, set Outreach Type to Relational Texting, and fill out the project as usual. See How to create a relational texting project. Then:
Check Pay users per text.
Set the Payment per Contact. It must be more than $0.
Set the Maximum Payout per User. This is the most each volunteer can earn on this project, and it must be at least the payment per contact.
âď¸ You can't change the payment amounts after the project is created, so double-check them before you click Create Project.
Step 3: Check your project's payment settings
Click the project on the Projects page to see its Payment per Contact and Max Payment per User.

Share your organization's join link or invite volunteers by email, and point them to these guides:

Volunteers earn the payment per contact for each friend they text, once per friend per project, up to the maximum.
When they tap Cash out your earnings in the app, Numinar emails them a link to upload screenshots of about 1 in 10 of their texts.
Numinar's team reviews the screenshots. Approved payments are emailed to the volunteer as a digital reward from Tremendous, our payments partner. You don't need to approve payouts yourself.
You can follow along on the Reports page. The Activity feed shows when a paid interaction is created, when a volunteer submits verification, and when a payment is approved.
